| Detail | The Central Industrial Security Force, an autonomous body under the Home Ministry, approached the National Council for Hotel Management to train their Jawans at the level of Mess Cook III so that they improve their skills. It was also felt that through certification after end of the eight week course they would be able to find employment in the industry after their release form active service. With a batch size of 25 Jawans each, the NCHM organized six training programs at our institutes at Chandigarh (AIHM and CIHM), Hyderabad, Kolkata, Dehradun, and Bhatinda |
